Hemingway and Great Gatsby take on a new meaning as signature cocktails at the Library’s Hotel rooftop bar!

Hop on the elevator to the 14th floor and you’ll arive to Bookmarks, a bar where literary fans can discuss their latest reads over quality cocktails.

Open all year round, it usually gets busy for after-work drinks but it turns rather quite during the weekend, making it a nice spot to bring your date.

Visit their Poetry Garden during the summer or get cozy by the fireplace on a winter day, Bookmarks is always ready to welcome you!

Gallow Green

Step into this garden wonderland at the McKittrick Hotel!

In the heart of Chelsea, McKittrick is known for the “Sleep No More” performance, but the Gallow Green bar is yet to be discovered by some.

Those who make it to this green-land can try delicious punches, a weekend brunch or simply relish the 360º view of the city!

Top of the Strand

As soon as the clock strikes 5PM, you can head over to Top of the Strand!

Voted by Premier Traveler Magazine as one of the top rooftop bars in the world, it can be accessed all year round thanks to the retractable glass roof designed by Lydia Marks.

Atop the Strand Hotel, the bar has an exceptional view of the Empire State Building and offers some of the best mojitos in town!

Northern Territory

Greenpoint welcomed the Northern Territory in 2014!

This Australian-themed restaurant serves grilled goods, like sausages and steak sandwiches, as well as many imported Aussie beers.

The best time to hit up their rooftop is during the summer season!

Roof at Park South

A feature of the Park South Hotel, this rooftop bar is only open from April to November!

The cocktails are carefully curated by Beverage Director Ted Kilpatrick, and with the award-winning chef Tim Cushman behind the kitchen doors, it’s impossible not to enjoy the food here.

Rooftop Lounge at Pod 39

When springtime hits New York, the rooftop at Pod39 is the place to be!

Locals and tourists come to admire its unique brick façade framing the city’s skyline.

With bits and pieces of Mexico, like a wide selection of tequilla and out-of-this world tacos, this rooftop is one of the best places to watch the sunset in New York!

Skylark

Set in the heart of New York’s Fashion District, Skylark provides outstanding views of the Hudson River, Times Square and the Empire State Building!

Besides the rooftop area, the bar has a number of indoor spaces like a lounge and a private pool table.

Open from Monday to Friday, Skylark can also be booked for events on weekends!

The Press Lounge

Time flies when you’re at Press Lounge!

The Ink48 Hotel established this rooftop bar in 2010 and it quickly became a Manhattan’s favorite.

On sunny days you can head here for a caipirinha and thanks to the glass-walls interior room, you won’t be short of the panoramic view during winter!
